Retail Customers

Book orders from retail customers are welcome. All the recommended retail prices quoted on this website are in NZ$ and are inclusive of GST. 

We can accept payment by cheque or money order, or through online banking. If paying by personal cheque please allow five working days for cheque clearance prior to dispatch of the books.

Order forms are available as an Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file for printing out and returning by post or fax, and as an MS Word file for filling in on screen and returning by email (email and fax orders are for online payment only).

Terms of trade:

All retail orders incur a postage and packaging charge: $5.50 for one to three books,  and an extra $2.00 per book for each extra book. 

Prices listed are recommended retail and are GST inclusive, in NZ$ for customers in New Zealand only.

We can accept payment by cheque or money order or by online banking (e.g. transfer or virtual cheque. If you wish to pay online please click here for more information - as soon as the payment appears in our account the books will be dispatched.

All claims for non-delivery should be made within one month of order.
